Sales Executive - CCTV Solutions
Location: Head office in Delhi (Frequent travel to different cities required)

Responsibilities:
- Distributor Network Development:
> Identify and evaluate potential distributors in different cities to expand the company's reach.
> Establish strong relationships with distributors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
> Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities and trends in the CCTV industry.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
> Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling our CCTV products to distributors.
> Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
> Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Market Expansion:
> Travel to different cities to meet potential distributors, understand their needs, and onboard them.
> Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility.
- Customer Relationship Management:
> Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction.
> Address and resolve distributor concerns promptly to maintain a positive business relationship.
- Reporting and Analysis:
> Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
> Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and product performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
- Strong understanding of CCTV technology and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to different cities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on channel and distributor management.
