Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication.

Job Description: 
- To act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- To screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- To handle requests and queries appropriately
- To manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- To make travel arrangements
- To take dictation and minutes
- To source office supplies

Shift Timings: 10:00AM to 7:00PM 

Age Limit: Max.35 years 

Salary Offerings: 15K to 25K

Gender Preference: Female Only
