Education: Graduate, Post Graduate

Experience: 5 years+ for SM & 3 years+ for Jr. Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards. 
• Take responsibility for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. 
• Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service. 
• Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
• Develop and implement polices and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 

(Note:- Candidate prior having leasing experience should only apply & sales experience will not do.)

Age Limit: 20 to 40 years

Salary Offerings: Upto 50,000/-per month(Senior) and Upto 25000/- per month (Junior)

Shift Timings: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
