Position : Executive – Technical Support (Non-Voice, Non BPO)

Education : 10+2, Graduate with a diploma / postgraduate certificate in Network management and protocols in Windows and Linux
(Fluency in English and Hindi)

Experience : 8 – 18 months

Job Description :

- Looking for a young candidate with a fresh outlook towards life. 
- Candidate should be willing to learn new things
- Preferably with own mode of transport for local travel with NCR.
- We are looking for self motivated and self driven candidates
- The candidate will form an essential part of the Company, handling on site tech support for our various projects. 
- Depending on the nature of the project, the candidate will be required to travel to different cities for a short/extended period of time, as the case may be. 
- He will also be the first point of contact for our clients, where installations are placed on a permanent basis, for basic troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Should the candidate not be able to solve the issue, he will escalate it to the next person in charge.

Age Limit : 21 – 27

Salary Offerings : INR 12000 – INR 15000 / month

Shift Timings : 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

*there are times when work hours get extended due to project timelines. 
Suitable remuneration in terms of leaves will be arranged for
